The lives of four of the congregation of Seven Kings Baptist Church are commemorated on a white marble tablet set against a black frame. The inscription, names and dates of death of the four individuals are depicted in black lettering, and a carved laurel wreath and ribbon decorates the top.

When Seven Kings Baptist Church in Cameron Road closed in the late 1980s the memorial was moved into storage at Seven Kings United Free Church. There were plans to remount it following renovations to the church but unfortunately the memorial sustained damage and the memorial was disposed of.
